TJP will prioritize diplomatic efforts to resolve the Kashmir issue through peaceful dialogue and negotiation. TJP will advocate for meaningful and inclusive dialogue involving all stakeholders, including India, Pakistan, and the people of Kashmir, to find a just and sustainable solution to the dispute. TJP will work towards creating conducive environments for dialogue by promoting confidence-building measures, de-escalating tensions, and addressing the grievances and concerns of all parties involved.

TJP will closely monitor and document human rights violations in Indian-administered Kashmir and advocate for the protection of the rights and freedoms of the Kashmiri people. TJP will work with international human rights organizations, civil society groups, and governments to hold accountable those responsible for human rights abuses and to ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.

TJP will support confidence-building measures between India and Pakistan, including the resumption of cross-border trade, travel, and people-to-people exchanges, to foster trust and goodwill between the two countries. TJP will advocate for the reopening of diplomatic channels and dialogue mechanisms between India and Pakistan, including the revival of bilateral talks and negotiations on the Kashmir issue.

TJP will prioritize humanitarian assistance and development initiatives in Indian-administered Kashmir to alleviate the suffering of the Kashmiri people and address socio-economic disparities in the region. TJP will support initiatives aimed at improving access to healthcare, education, clean water, and other basic services for the people of Kashmir, particularly those living in conflict-affected areas.

TJP will promote track two diplomacy initiatives and people-to-people contacts between India, Pakistan, and the people of Kashmir to build trust, foster understanding, and explore potential areas of cooperation. TJP will support civil society-led peacebuilding efforts, dialogue forums, and cultural exchanges aimed at promoting reconciliation and dialogue between different communities in Kashmir.
